What you do frequently becomes your frequency.

Since self-talk is another way to express your intention, it must be constantly monitored.
Reframe any negative momentum you may be experiencing as a positive. Don't quit the internal dialogue without questioning and challenging it. Is that true?
Over time, you'll find that your brain eventually understands the message and automatically corrects itself.
So how do you do that?
You must catch the momentum of your thoughts before they pick up too much speed. It is literally like grabbing the reins of wild horses that are running and bringing them to a halt. Then reflect on what you were just ping-ponging back and forth in your mind. Ask yourself, "Is that true?" Half the time, it is a performance of something you should have said, or a fight that no one wins.
Training your mind to think better thoughts is like training your body to have a better booty. It must be done consistently. I always try to find fun new ways to do affirmations and to feed my mind healthy nutrition. This is done with food, fitness, meditation, soothing music, and candles, always creating an ambience in my home. I listen to subliminals all the time. I repeat affirmations when I feel inspired.
Don't do it as a task, because then it loses its vibrational yumminess. Only do affirmations when feeling inspired.
I have created an affirmation crossword puzzle below for you to do. I will be adding new ones weekly for fun.
Conclusion
You can’t undo or delete old patterns, but you can build new ones & healthy default pathways. Build a new road through repetition with the new and eventually the old ones you don’t use will fade to the background.
Your past will hold you hostage until you train yourself to let go!
