What the Heck Does That Mean? Choose my Food Like a Date?

If you want your man to be healthy, well dresses, charismatic, social, successful and so on...why shouldn't the food you put into your body be the same? Healthy, beautiful, nutrient packed, easy to make...everything you put into your body should be good for you! Men, food, thoughts, information, it is all food for the mind and body. Just like a choosing the wrong guy to date can depress you, well putting the wrong food in your body will cause depression as well.

I use habitual eating to stay healthy. This is essentially eating the same thing every day, from the same place, in the same way. If fast food is your routine, this needs to stop ASAP. It may be quick and easy to go through that drive through, but how quick and easy to get the cellulite off? EXACTLY, so think of it like that!
Here are a few brain hacks when it comes to eating healthy food. Here is a link to my habitual food menu for the next few months. I like eating healthy to be easy and not something I need to put energy into consistently, so I will keep this menu for at least a month before I switch out the main entrees.

Conclusion
The best part about this routine is that you stay on budget, no food is wasted, and since your food is strictly monitored all week, you can eat whatever you want when you go out on the weekend with friends or go on a date. Wine anyone?
