For years, I neglected my own life, bent boundaries, and molded myself to fit into everyone else’s world. It wasn't until after I broke off my second engagement, that I finally redirected my energy towards self-investment.
Self-healing was the first step. As I explored trauma, broke belief patterns, practiced forgiveness, and recalibrated emotionally, I propelled my journey with increasing momentum and strength. Starting small, I built my path and fell more in love with the woman I was becoming each day.
This transformative process naturally led to self-development. Now, armed with certifications as an NLP practitioner, EFT therapist, yoga teacher, and mindset coach, I’ve crafted my own holistic mindset training method to empower others to reshape their narratives and reinvent themselves.
